END OF TRANSFERS! Already??? Crazy. Still staying in ManHIPSTERS town. Time is going so fast. But I am SO HAPPY. I love being a missionary. Per usual... many fallen through lessons this week, a whole lot of service, and a lot of fun with my district, and my FIRST bashy lesson! My district is literally a big group of ALL MY BEST FRIENDS!! They make me laugh so hard. They inspire me. They make me so happy. They work hard. And also love to have a gooood time so we have so much fun together :) talking about our missionary work, serving, hanging out, everything! We just got our transfer doc this morning and our district is actually changing quite a bit and we are sadddddd. Obviously excited to see who comes in and meet new people but it just shocks me how quickly things can change! Sister Wirick and I are both SO happy about staying in Manhattan. Honestly it was a close call though, she has been here for a while and a lot of the trainers/trainees in our district are moving. But we stil...

Ciaowdy friends! Another great week here in Kansas! Definitely some very slow days but some great moments as well! Sister Wirick has a friend in Florida we have been teaching and she is amazing. She is 17 and has gone to church and young women's before! So yeah we've been teaching her over zoom and we invited her this week to be baptized. She really wants to, but because she was baptized as a baby, it's a tough situation with her parents' permission and whatnot but still working on it! She's awesome. Sister Wirick is the best. Yes there are some things that are different between us but some things so similar! I can't count the number of times we opened our mouth and said the exact same thing this week haha! She's the cutest. She's been here in the Manhattan YSA for 6 months. Manhattan is a cute college town! There's a whole lot of apartment complexes, food places, malls, shops and things. Not many like huge business buildings but I love it! A...

This week was INCREDIBLE. It feels like it was an eternity long because we had soooo many things happen but also it passed in like a blink of an eye. Time is the weirdest thing here. It goes by so fast but also so slow and all of a sudden I'm almost 3 weeks in kansas and 2 months since being set apart but I swear I just said bye to my family?! Crazy! So happy to be here though! Okay. So here's the run down! Changing up the format a little bit just for fun so enjoy. -Tuesday: service at a "friend of the church" house! And Burger King and soda for breakfast! Heck yeah! -Wednesday: ZONE CONFERENCE! In person! This was amazing. Elder Shaeffer from Olympus is in my zone so we chatted for a little which was fun! Also Sister Kirkham from skyline! Holladay represent but wow learning from the Mission President and his wife and the other missionary leaders was so cool. They are amazing! I felt so much missionary FIRE!! And motivation! It was so cool to see how much lo...

(Ciao + howdy... that greeting has become quite a hit here haha) This week was SO GOOD!!! And I was SO HAPPY!!! Honestly I was trying to be positive in my last email but my first 3 days here were rough haha. It was a hard transition, but this week I have tried to focus on all the GOOD in my life and how I can see God's hand. And trying to approach it with an optimistic attitude has made such a difference. I love Kansas! There have been 2 times this week where I just felt so much love for kansas and felt so happy. Friday we were walking outside because the other sisters had the car. And we were passing these big fields of corn and plants and cows and everything... and I just felt so much love for Kansas! And then on Saturday, Sorella Wirick and I were driving to pick up some food coloring from the Elder's apartment haha and it was POURING rain (the weather is so weird here i will explain in a bit). And the BIGGEST and most vibrant rainbow appeared! A DOUBLE rainbow! And it w...
